We would like to inform you that the deadline for the submission of full papers / detailed abstracts has been extended.
The new deadline is April 5, 2017.

At the same time, a new event has been added to enrich TIMTED 2017:

The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timisoara, and the East-European Center for Research in Economics and Business (ECREB) are pleased to invite you to attend the 4^th edition of the International Conference “Current Economic Trends in Emerging and Developing Countries” (TIMTED-2017) that will take place on May 19-20, 2017, in Timisoara, Romania.

The International Conference “Current Economic Trends in Emerging and Developing Countries” (TIMTED-2017) is part of a wider range of events dedicated to celebrating the 50^thanniversary for the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timisoara.

The conference encourages the participation of all academics, teachers, researchers, PhD students, and professionals from all over the world.

Full papers or extended abstracts shall be sent in Word or PDF format to . Papers will be reviewed according to the internal review criteria.

Conference language: English.

Publishing opportunities

Papers accepted for presentation at the conference are eligible to be considered for publication in one of the following academic journals:

Furthermore, Professor Alistair Anderson, PhD, Editor-in-Chief of the Entrepreneurship & Regional Development Journal, who has confirmed his presence at the conference, will select some of the papers, if adequate, for his journal, which is ISI indexed (Impact Factor 1.629).

Important Dates

20 March 2017 – submission of full paper / extended abstract
10 April 2017 – notification regarding paper acceptance / rejection
20 April 2017 – registration and payment.

The conference fee is 100 Euros per participant and it includes: attendance, conference bag and materials, coffee breaks, participation to Gala Dinner. PhD Students pay a reduced conference fee of 50 Euros per participant.
